Employing Staff

    Just wondering what would you guys/girls do
    If you were to employ someone to do your round would it be Easyer getting a trad cleaner or wfp cleaner to do it thinking trad because less can go wrong with equipment etc

    wfp because you can train them to use it in half an hour

    Wfp!!! less likely to get raped if they injure themselves. I clean trad by the way as I trust myself on a ladder but i don't think id trust an employee

    Umm yeah there be employed on a self employed basis so it would be up to them to have there insurance for them selfs. I will have public liability of course. thinking trad because of the setup costs of more vans

    Less risk of injury with WFP i would think, but damage to equipment and "slap dash" could be a real problem.

    If you do train anyone on either method. Get them todo bottoms only for a month, its really does help with confidence i find!

    so you wouldnt be employing then, only subbing the round out, so you wont have to have public liability for them, they would have to do it on there own!

    I'm both mate but my dad has a round and he's trad but retiring soon not sure if its worth switching over to wfp

    Go and ask your dad's clients and see if they what to switch...? :)
