Online payment methods

Hi all,

We're looking to use some online payment systems to help automate our business.

The first we were considering is GoCardless and wondered if anyone has experience of it? What has been the benefit to you of using it and how did you convince customers to move over to it? I see that it is a direct debit system, but what happens if we don't go on the same day before the dd is due, or if we miss a month?

Also, what other online payment systems are people using?

lot of the guys use this system.

i,m just using BACS which can work great, but with some folk will still not press that buttom so so annoying

checking your accounts is total pain in the ****

You 'sync' your gocardless accounts after each job so if a job is missed it does not get synched and the custy dont pay.

As for switching them over just tell them. Not optional. Just like your mobile phone, sky etc when they change the deal they just tell you and that's that.
