Due to starting college full time I'm regretfully selling everything.

All equipment is 6 months or less old.

·         DI Resin  Tulsion MB115 25L unopened - £70

·         Wydale Flat baffled tank 500L Height: 62cm Width: 92cm Length: 100cm
Weight: 35kg - £200

·         SLX 25 Gardiner pole with univalve and 3 brushes - £225

·         Split charge relay - £35

·         Shurflo 5L 100psi pump and Varistream controller - £120

·         Gardiner Backpack V3 22L - £75

·         Skyvac Atom 1600watt 35L capacity with 6 carbon fibre poles 9m/30ft - £350

may sound daft but why don't you keep a weekend round? That way you still got a decent income, which will be a godsend if you at college

and a backup if college doesn't work out

Not a daft question and I did think about it, but a number of things made me decide against it.

1) I'll be far to busy on the weekends with studying and family life.
2) My wife's wage covers bills etc plus I'm able to get bursaries.
3) My backs messed up from a car crash 15 years ago and window cleaning is killing me, some mornings I can't even move.
4) If college/uni doesn't work out then I'm screwed lol

or you could lease van & rent round to someone so your still getting an income, call it beer money/holiday fund
