I got two new customers to clean tomorrow, both is a 5 bedroom detached houses so good money earner for me.

The problem is both owner are elderly people who don't understand WFP, and me not being able to hear i will struggle to explain it to them.

I want to write a small simple note how WFP work and how i got to leave it to dry.

Anyone kind enough to write a e.g of what I should write

    Thanks

    Perhaps say something like

    'Dear customer,

I will be cleaning your windows with a relatively new system today, it may seem strange, but I assure you the result will be spotless.

This new system is now the standard way to clean windows safley and professionally, it's called a 'water fed pole system'

You may notice I won't be squeegeeing the windows after scrubbing them - please don't worry as we use purified water to clean and rinse the windows. We have to let them dry naturally so as not to cause any smears or marks.

They will dry perfectly clean, with a much better finish than the previous method (squeegee and cloths)

I will happily return should the result not satisfy you, please be patient in letting the windows dry. Though it may seem rather strange to leave the water on the windows, they will dry with no spots or water marks, due to being pure water'

I hope this puts your mind at rest!

    Thanks'

Hopefully something like that will do the trick mate!

Unless they ask - don't explain,.. simple as!

Does your plumber explain why he uses plastic pipe now when copper was the norm for the last 40 years?
