Yes £300 for that 3 storey that’s a bargain , they cannot do it themselves , what would a painter charge to paint it ? Scaffolding alone would be in the £400-700 bracket so £300 I think is to cheap they are getting the gutters , facias , walls and windows done , with hind sight I think it should be more , yes outside only never been asked to do interior ??????

 There’s 4 bedders and 4 bedders some are quite small for 4 bedrooms and some are very large prices from £15 to 75 depending on size
