No they don't it's a little strange as I only bought the Backpack last year I've stopped using the place to be honest it's rubbish the service is poor.

Unfortunately I use razr red rubber so have to order from them .. apart from rubber I steer clear of them

I agree, there's not much info on things. I've not bought much from there if I'm honest, I normally go to a shop so I can see things in person and to hand. 

@Poles Apart where did you buy the backpack from? Is the battery dead or just doesn't hold charge that great? Was there no guarantee with it?

I was also disappointed when the lite boy was taken of the shelves. It was a great backpack. Ive now moved over to the nigel and am even more pleased. The wheels cut out so much lifting. Revolutionary

How can you have them in stock when I phoned they said they haven't got them
