Personally I wouldn't of the wrote " dreaded inlaws" .. Most people get on with them .... Have you not tried hitting local hotels they have bigger ovens = bigger money ..... Good luck.

Thanks guys. Have made the amendments to the website. Things are starting to look good with bookings now and we are taking quite a bit of work in this last few days

Welcome alex, you should find the transition from your other job fairly simple. The hardest part is getting good work, but so long as you do a good job you'll get more and more of it. All the best fella.
