Just read this thinking yeah good point .... got up at 3:30 am ( Sunday ) drove 50 miles and am sat in McDonald's waiting for cherry picker

Meeting the lads at 10 for a motorbike run into Kent to a bikers cafe for a humongous fry up. Get back around lunchtime to get over my local for beer and football all afternoon. But, I'll be thinking of you working @Taxlossloz /emoticons/wink.png

My furthest customer is about 80km away in a typical tourist trap.

But it pays well. :thumbsup:

I moved about 30km further away from most of my work last month so I'm still getting used to all the driving.

They are building an insane sub sea tunnel though, so that will cut my travel time by 45 minutes when it's finished in 2020.

Yeah, some work was only 20 yards but most was about a mile.

Good thing was if it was a rough day and rained off early, 2 hours later if the sun was out, I could nip back to finish off.
