Filling up a ro system that’s in my van

Someone I know  has a van and ro wfp system for sale. The ro system is bolted down in the van. I have a outside tap so how would I fill the van up if I bought it. Do I fill it up through the filters ? Thanks in advance and sorry if it’s a silly a question but I new to all this and trying to get as much information as possible before I commit to buy anything. Connect to tap, connect pipe to the drain tap, to take waste to the drain, and start. If you have good water pressure then you should be OK. If low pressure then you will need a booster pump, circa £300. 

Would ask your pal what the TDS is before DI to check the membrane, filter in the R/O, is working
