    Hi,
Im trying to fit a mini barbed connector to my pole pose. I think its 6mm. I heat the hose in boiling water, push on the connector & tighten the clip but water sprays all over the place when I turn it on again. Is there something im missing? Would a jubilee clip be better.

    Cheers,
    Steve

I had that problem as the jubilee clip didn't grip tight all the way round
Swapped it for one of those clips that you crimp with pliers or special tool and no leaks at all

you need o clips.very cheap.if not, use fishing line & super glue- for a quick cheap fix.wrap the fishing line around the hose tightly & super glue the fishing line.it works!!!

A big pair of molegrips will do it or plumbers adjustables as they have a lot of leverage
