I received my new backpack earlier today and was wandering if anyone knows how long it takes to charge?

The instructions says that it comes fully charged but to be safe put it on charge until the red light turns green. I've had it on charge for about 4 hours and the red light is still on???

Hopefully Alex can help me out?

Have you got the charger fully inserted into the backpack charge point if not it will stay red all day long.

Have you turned it off and on again at the mains should turn green them?

I found that out on my one

Flick the mains off and on and it goes green if charged

Thanks guys, it's all sorted now.

It went green after about 6 hours. I'll see what happens the next time I charge it up

My two are the same there always go green eventually.

Mines does the same, when I think it's had enough charge n i switch it off n back on, green light cones on.

If you have a smart charger for your van /leisure battery , it does a far better job of charging the backpack than the supplied one .

I use a ctek charger for mine .
