Priced a job up today Mapperton House i took this short video it is not that good but what a lovely place to work .The window cleaner has just retired it took them 1 day for 2 men I gave price but i wont know until next week when Earl Sandwich comes back from holiday what price do you think it will interesting to get some info let you know what i priced later to***ht .There is 3 more outbuildings i did not get in video

Looks an awkward one to be honest, what u do with those windows with plants all over it?

If it did take 2 guys a day, I would want in the region of £350 for it. Give or take depending on how much I wanted the work, how awkward it was, and few other things.

Hard to say without seeing it and getting a feel for it myself. Looks nice tho.

How often will you be doing that then Mark?

Only every 4 months but i am hoping it might lead onto other things there are quiet few stately homes around here so who knows it is a good starting point .
