Getting angry with the hose snagging

My mate frank biggest cockup to date regarding hoses he pulled a light off a wall by a customer front door with me hose whilst doing a fsg job...Oops!/emoticons/biggrin.png

One job I hate doing is at the back of one house. No matter how hard I try the hose always ends up in their pond covered in slimey crap. But after saying that it's a lot better than me falling in it I suppose.

and thinks this was pole hose sex with a custys hosepipe which was just lying on the floor..

yep that genuinely happened as I couldn't fake it if I wanted to...

roses are the worst hose gets caught right through the rose

another one that peeded me off was the tiniest clump of plant around nothing else to be seen but that little plant liked my hose...

gates and fences...and on one new job...grrrrr..the pointing was gone in between the bricks on a small wall...of course hosey loved this...

and raised concrete borders around anything...hosey homes in on them..

yeh greener you would think you were safe with car tyres....nope and of course wheelie bin tyres...

some great tales on here..and the beauty of our game is...no matter how good you are...

I did see on fleebay in the window cleaning section someone selling wfp window cleaning hose guides like the ones they sell for carpet cleaning. The type that carpet cleaners use to procted corners in properties when running hoses through a house.

Yep the joys of wfp. That's why i trad as much as possible coz i can't be arsed navigating obsticales.

Get in the street, pull up just past house so got perfect angle for hose out of van........... unlock side gate and use that as 2nd angle point for the front of the house........ then corner of the back of the house..... Walk down to bottom of garden past house so you have pulled plenty of slack from the easy pulling angle ............ walk back up avoiding Edna's prize primrose's and .......... yes!

I've made it! I've arrived at furthest window with no dramas!! Start extending pole with big grin and brush on window, bend down to turn tap on ............

Fcuk sake......

that was the main bonus with using the backpack very few problems with hose

but boy got two in garage never ever want to uise them again pain in xxxx
