I can see where you're coming from boar. Every 6 months I get an email from a grandma that buys half a day for me to sort her granddaughters (I would:nod:::-P:) garden out as well as a window clean. The gift certificate would be great for people like her that just want to help out a family member in some way.

Surely the price is dependant on the house though isnt it mate?

yup- im promoting them on my website ,with the proviso>>> [conditions apply]

im targetting folk that possibly arent in my area but like buying gifts for the family who are in my area- or folk who simply like buying nice gifts full stop

to be honest i just like the idea of handing over certificates- this is the nearest i can get to being a General handing out bravery award certificates after a long battle
