Give customer insurance certificate?

    hey guys, got a block of offices today.

    As part of the professional etiquette etc, would you give them a copy of your liability insurance certificate from the beginning so they have it?

    Most need several document, proof of insurance, COSHH paperwork for chems, Risk assessments etc, thats why i dont bother with them, too much paperwork for me.

    The property manager approached me, so just wanting to make a good impression, may lead to more work.

    Any advice Green Pro Clean Ltd ?

    Yes, tell them insurance and Rams available on request. I do it for all large or commercial stuff.
    Good to have Rams to hand if hse turn up.

    Print off all your documents put them in plastic folder in van
    They can copy them if they need
