Trickle charging .. is it a waste

WCF

Help Support WCF:

Totally true on a typically days work as one man operator your battery will drop 5-6 volts going off the controller reading to re-charge your battery to full through the colder months you would probably need to drive around 3 hours or more.

Bench charging before your battery drops below 12.5 to prolong the life of battery is far better overnight charge through the colder months, Do a search on battery topics pretty sure their is one every month on here. :1f603:

First van I've had without a trickle charger and don't miss it in the slightest.

I just get home, bung my extension lead in the back, switch on and after a few hours on my numax charger, the light turns green and it's charged. Peice  of doddle ?
