Cement residue

Hi guy looking any advice on how to get ride of cement residue on windows a guy fixed a roof on a house I clean and washed the roof down and all the dirt of the roof went on the windows so tried cleaning today and it's left like lime scaling on windows any ideas on how to get rid many thz

Make sure whatever you use you make it clear to customer your roofer has left cement on your Windows this will take me  longer than usual to clean so cost this clean will be xyz. You then are rewarded for your time and customer has option to try an get it back off the roofer. Obviously not for a couple of bits but if lots on windows
