Only gutter clearance, no add on

I'm kept busy all year round mostly clearing gutters as I'm a pro too

Since I have launched a gutter cleaning only website I can be really busy from October through till March. Never had that much gutter work through my other website that offers everything. I guess people like to know you are a professional /emoticons/wink.png
Rain helps a lot with work. The storms down south last xmas kept me busy for months.....

I'm quite a bit quieter so far this year compared to before xmas though so might have to start cleaning some windows again

Yeah Davy, I've got the same ladder, just getting a slightly different brace, not the ankalad. Also true I'll only need 50 (I thought about 80) pounds of trad gear to clean windows... Just didn't like the idea of hundreds of ladder placements in a day (I know, I'm looking ahead too far :))

Think long and short of it is, do a card for gutter like rascal said and appear specialised, and a card for windows, and hope for the best but plan for the worst. Windows in summer and gutter in spring and autumn, winter in Barbados... Sounds a plan

I also wanted to be a bit lazier and quicker and use the pole method :)

As for the gutter gear question, have bought said ladder, stand off, brace, mats, I'm all for safety as I don't want to risk anything health wise. Harris pole and pro gutter hook set for gutter profiles, also the van was (to me) a very costly part of the startup. Making a survey pole kit, and hoping to get the gutter vac too for a comprehensive tool kit. A few other bits and pieces.
