    hi ya, ihave been using an unger pole for the last couple of years but the locking parts arnt up to much, what are the harris poles like for reliability, i no they are cheaper £15 for a 5mtre pole compared with unger £30 or more for a 3mtre pole

    Yeah ive got the 5m harris pole and for the money there good mate, fairly durable, ive had mine about 18 months and no probs.
    Had an unger before for a couple of years but id grab yourself a harris mate, cheap and cheerfull :)

    i see the harris poles in B&Q i wasent sure how good they were, the extra lenth at 5mtres is great cos i struggle to get some windows with the 3mtre unger fully streched..................pete
