Harvesting waste water

Does anyone know of a pump that is powerful enough to pump water from a water butt to my van through filter system and end up with pure in the tank?

Any submersible pump will do it, I use my spare 4040 booster pump but the best bet is a submersible as they tend to have a higher flow rate
