Water is 1kilo for 1 litreYou think I'm carrying 22kilos on my back it ain't happening

I would have no strength left for the gym lol

lol you need to eat more then ! I use to run across the desert with 10 stone on my back and a gun acrsss my chest

I have no need to carry 30k plus bergens anymore lol

Also i don't have to jump up and down to listen for rattles and mess tins clanging etc

I could never run fast with a gimpy anyway
