Gardiner scraper can't get it to fit!!!

I've just bought and received the gardiner scraper , for the life of me I can't think how it goes on to my slx35 am I being thick or do I have the wrong fitting on my pole for it to fit on?

Right I thought I was thick but I'm not [emoji23] I've got an aqua dapter so there's no where for it to go [emoji107]
