A lot of people have special rates for gutter/fascia cleans and solar panel cleaning etc : ) but id rather price up on time.... : ) but i charge time and a half /emoticons/smile.png
if i get a gutter fascia job this is how i price it :
I want to earn about 20 pound an hour : ) so if i get a gutter./fascia job that will only take me 20 mins.........
I would charge 7 pound /emoticons/smile.png but i would do it time and a half.. so id charge them 10 quid /emoticons/smile.png
Im up the north and i try and keep costs low and profitable /emoticons/smile.png
if a clean toke me 1 hour to do... i would charge them £30.00 so this way am £10.00 on my desired hourly rate /emoticons/smile.png
i wish i could charge the money u lot charge /emoticons/tongue.png but my prices are very reasonable and i think if i went higher people would say no /emoticons/smile.png
also i will tend to charge more for 1 off cleans and for customers who arent regular /emoticons/smile.png
I only offer this time and half price to regular customers : )
if someone rang me and just wanted themn doing without being on my round... i would probably charge them about £18.00 as they are not regular customers
But 1 customer wanted a clean that would only take me 20 minutes... instead of charging £10.00 i done it for £9.00 but it only toke me like 25 mins /emoticons/smile.png so its not to bad but the only reason i done it for £9.00 is cos i felt like being really nice /emoticons/mellow.png lmaooo
A lot of people charge per square meter etc... but i think if you want to be reasonable then this is the way to go : ) as you can see above it is very profitable : ) and at the end of the day YOU know that you are reasonable : )
Hope this helps a lot of u out their /emoticons/smile.png as a lot of people seem to have pricing problems
