    Hi there lads had a phone call from my advert in the yellow pages
    It was a bloke who puts sola panels on roofs of building he wants me to give him a price on one house and a price on 200 houses and then 500 houses. One hell of a contract all there buildings
    Are in a 25 mile radius of my house there are 12 panels on each roof
    Neva done panes before so what do i need got a 60ft carbon pole so ok for hight also what sort of price do you lot charge per roof? Thanks

    need a soft brush for cleaning them.
    i charge £30 per house (16 panel setup) then £3 per extra one.

    You can get a specialised solar panel brush from window cleaning warehouse, I dont think its very expensive!
    As for price £1 a panel is a good price but considering the size of contract may be 50p a panel?
    It will be a massive earner and could lead to more....... Nice one and good luck!

    I have only just began to do solar panel cleaning!

    sounds a great contract if you get it, i charge £30 for a basic 12 panel roof and £3 per panel after that , A 45 ft will do most house as well

    You may not need to pole or pole may not be suitable for the job. You will need to go round all 500 houses and check each job to see what equipment you will need.

    Is there a time frame for this? I only ask as you said you were working 7 days a week already (i think)

    yer, in a way is more of a specialist type job, not all window cleaner do them, so you can charge a little more.

    I charge a minimum of £30 for a 16 panel system, then £3 per extra one

    thats true, some are fitted that you havent got the distance to get a pole up. so you need other access equipment to use to get to them!
