sounds about right although i'm not familiar with the streamline ro,i take it that 13 is after the ro and not before the di ?also not trying to suck eggs but did you flush the pre filters for at least an hour before connecting-its important

I flushed them for about 10mins. 13 is after it's been though the resin vessel.

just a quick thought pal, have you connected the di vessel the correct way for the flow? might cause problems otherwise

When you flushed did you unplug your resin vessel...?
I have always been told to unplug yhe resin when flushing as you may span through resin (tds is higher when you flush) although i doubt you went through 8L worth....
Resin should always take water to 0, just that the r.o makes it last longer, id suggest you have some duff resin if everythings set up right

Please give us the following info.

    Tap TDS
TDS after r/o but before di
    TDS after di.

I know we have the last one, but do them altogether so we know where we are. Suggest you let the r/o run for about 10 minutes before you take these readings.
