Hose connected to drain valve

Hi all,

I am new to wfp and while filling tank earlier, the hose came away from valve connected to back of van pouring water on to ground. I tried to put back on and do up tight several times, but keeps coming away, when I turn tap on to fill. Not sure what to do. Any ideas.??

Maybe a picture would help Steve, lots of connectors to peruse and they all have quirky ways to them!!
