    the name was from one of the makers customers who named it after him-peter fogwill. don't have one but heard some good reports. you may have heard of people buying L5's from the states and re-fitting them to uk stats, as far as i know the fogwash is similar, but already to uk stats, so no need for any jiggery pokery.

    the legal issue with the l5 is that you have to buy them from america, there fore you dont have to make them suitable for the english market, but if you sell them on then you do, fogwells are fine and legal for the english market, this is why they cost more
