Hot Water Systems

Hi Just out of interest. How many people who have a full hot water system fitted ( not just a shower boiler with a gas bottle) Ether a diesel or a proper plumed and fluted gas system.If you were getting a new system would you buy a new hot system and go back to cold and save £3000.
