Ah the old MS chestnut again, I string them along until they ask what version of windows I'm running then say OSX Mountain Lion.

Made me laugh when he said he was an ms certified engineer. I said "funny that I am too and I'm also an expert in telecommunications so just to let you know your call has now been traced so will be reported to the appropriated authorities. For some strange reason he then hung up :Image13:
