HOT WATER TRANSIT CUSTOM FULL VAN SETUP FOR SALE.

This is setup in a way that makes in one of ( if not ) the fastest operating one man van systems in the country. You literally climb out, grab the hose, turn the water feed on whilst walk via the spring WFP Link remote, clean, replace, reel and move on.......very very quick and efficient...watch the video

THE VAN...

Ford transit custom 310 eco-tech 2014 (64 plate) Private plate not on the vehicle and not included.

Full ford service history up until 168k then two services by myself.
runs, drives exceptionally and is in amazing condition as you can see from the pictures.

mot till 4th september 2023

heated seats
air conditioning
heated mirrors
bluetooth connectivity
hazard light bar for visibility
and more

maintained regardless of cost over the past few years i have replaced.

both cv joints/wheel bearings and drive shafts were replaced when one of the cv joints started knocking.

brand new high output alternator fitted last year with new belt

fuel vaporiser (very common issue) and full dpf flush done last year

new wipers

tyres are all good (3 are practically new continentals)

as you can see the van has been left partly sign written so the new owner only has to add his name and number and its done.

THE SYSTEM

There is a 500L flat tank in the back, held in place with a full stainless steel frame bolted directly through the chassis.

The pump is a shurflo 100 psi pump, its an older model and noisier than the new ones but been like that for 3 years so is fully proven.

This is operate via the spring controller WFP Link remote control system, much more water efficient than a univalve as this stops the pump instead of allowing it to build pressure and switch off via the micro switch like the univalve does, this saves water every single time!

lpg water heater heats the water up on demand and uses approximately £10 gas per week.

Water heater is brand new and has only run for 2 hours as i change them every year so decided upon sale was a good time for reassurance.

The gas is supplied via a 11kg (22ltr) Gas-it refillable onboard tank which is fully legal and safety tested to be filled from any lpg filling station.

THIS IS NOT A DODGY NOZZLE FROM EBAY BUT FULLY TESTED AND CERTIFIED AT MANUFACTURE BY GAS-IT, DO NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE.

Comes with a Powerup 3d electric reel loaded with approx 80m of micro bore.

power is supplied from the 220ah onboard batteries which are charged in one of two ways, there is a fully fitted split charge relay for those daily top ups when driving and also an onboard battery charger that kicks in when you connect the external power cable which is also supplied. This also feed the oil filled rad which is also included as per the picture.

There are no filters on board as i have external purification system.

The vehicle is ready to go and up for sale immediately, it is not in use so mileage will be static.

Sale does not include the private plate, it is back on its original one, the tow bar is being removed and not included in the sale.

can negotiate for a pole and brush if needed, will be sold with a full tank of pure.

£8,500 ono
