    Hi all,

What do you boys thinks is the best technique to clean the the horizontal bit thats sometimes underneath the fascia, sorry I don't know what the name of it is? I've attached a picture, its the part with the vents in. I've managed to clean it but it was a real struggle due to the angle. image.jpg

It's called a soffit. Angle your brush so the jets would point to the sky if the pole was vertical. They run like buggery out of those vents. Get a sill brush with fan jets for that job. You will probably have to run over the vents after the dripping has stopped with your brush and water turned off.

i just go along it with my wfp and rinse and if the customer has a out side tap connect my hose reel to that. And if the vents keep bleeding dirty water i leave for a couple of mins then with out the water running i fold a scrim place it over the pole brush and pull it along the vent.

I had to pole that one from that consevatory ladder you see in the pic and reach as far as I could from the ground on the other side to finish off. Then deep clean the conservatory roof and sides.

The front looked a bit cleaner after I had finished too.;)
