I have been asked to quote this restaurant for external cleaning on a 2 weekly basis. Note that the lower windows are not accessible by pole just above the balcony, so the will have to be tradded. The upper windows are flats where the woman with pram is.

I can see why they are looking for another window cleaner as those tops look like a pain in the **** to do. How are you going to get up there for a start and clean them?

I'm also betting they want it done for next to nothing too so did you ask what was the last guy charging as I would have to save wasting my time.

The top and middle glass is reachable with WFP, the small bottom ones will have to be done trad. I would use a ladder to get up there

    What would you charge Smurf?

I'd also do it at about 7am when no shoppers are about.

Silly o'clock & hassle having to using ladders on a 2 weekly price I would want to charge at least 100 squid.

I stay clear of shop front as there is no real money in it as everyone is out to undercut everyone else. Plus the added hassle of starting work at silly o'clock and parking etc.

Just my thoughts as I'm sure some are happy to endure the hassle but not me.:D
