Gadinier end cap on phoenix pole

My phoenix pole rubber end cap was taped on and looking in a sorry state. I removed the tape with the intention of replacing it and remembered I had a number 6 gardiner end cap.

It was too big but as I was about to put the rubber one on again I pushed the rubber end cap into the gardiner one and thumped it into the pole. RESULT.

Lucky fit!

I glued my Phoenix end stops on with gorilla glue, that sorted it /emoticons/wink.png
