Had a message on face book from a young lady asking am I a window cleaner,to that I replied yes,and this was the response.

Great thanks. When r u free? I would like a one off of windows and sills etc If that ok? And then windows cleaned every 6 weeks or so through the summer?

Now I'm not a fan of one offcleans, and this is the first time I have been asked for summer cleans.
I'm not being proud or pig headed,as that's why I'm asking peoples opinions before I text back.

But let's face it,I'm going to use my UBIK and time scrubbing them frames up,then next summer she will call me again to do same.

    What should I do?

Give her a high first clean price and then a high six weekly price so it's worth your while. She probably won't go for it but at least you'll be well paid if she does.

Then charge her a high first clean price again when she contacts you this time next year.

Or tell her that you work all year round and don't take on customers just for the summer.

Personally I'd do it if it wasn't out of my way and I had space for new customers.

Just charge what you want for it first clean, then leave it upto her for ongoing cleans.

swerve it, sounds like a chaotic person.
I would fill that space with someone who wants it all year every year.
