I need a water heater...

Hi...I'm trying to find a cheap'ish water heater I can easily fit to the back of my van. I've seen them before, they're like a box that you attach hoses to, but I can find them for looking now!! Was on Amazon.

Search "portable water heater" . These things need to be vented mind or the rear doors left open during operation- carbon monoxide an' all that.

Good choice ! :thumbsup:We are a couple of guys in here just fitted ours a month Ago .

Its really good , but beware water on very low to minimum on the dial and not Much heat , as it boils up pretty efficiently. Ive dottet a mark to guide , i have posted a few pics of my setup too..

Thank you for all your wonderful help guys. I want this to be my last option for obvious reasons, so I've gone by other cheaper options just to start with. Gas/aquarium heaters etc. I can draw back to this thread if these don't solve my problems. Thanks again!

What about a heater element in the water tank?

Then you don't have to worry about it freezing overnight as well.

The problem then is your heating all your water instead of on demand, (bigger strain) plus if you have a plastic tank it cools v quick.

If your stainless it stays cool for longer but then you create a legionnaires risk
