tarmac restoration prices

Been asked to quote a tarmac drive restoration they want me to clean all the moss off and theirs loads .give it a fungicidal wash and then coat it .and they don't want me to pressure wash it so it will be all manual work wot I want to know is how much to charge per meter or should I do day rate and if so what sort of rate its going to be hard work cheers
