Hi all need some prices on gutter cleaning inside and out and washing down soffits/fascia on a 3 bedroom house any help would be great thanks.

How long is a piece of string?

Access, how bad are they, are the downpipes blocked, what colour, what are they made of (painted wood or UPVC) almost impossible to give a price based on the information.

Hi

Try and work out the time it will take, baring in mind access issues, state, and relative difficulty, times that by the amount you want to earn per hour, add a bit for wiggle room and the unforeseen

Sorry they are upvc white not blocked but rubbish inside very dirty front/rear/sides to do hope that helps.

As Jim above says, how long do you think it will take? add another hour, times that by your hourly rate and maybe a bit for petrol if its a long way.

I charge a basic price of £20 a side for hovering out gutters, but that is a basic, easy clear with easy access, start adding in plants growing out of it, blocked downpipe and over a conservatory and the price starts to go up and up.

Geography can cut your price or triple it, northern England to central London.

a General vague price might be £20 for each service per side, but as said difficult access such as tight angles, steps, mixed levels, trees, dog muck, difficult customer, I'd want more money because of the difficulty and extra time.
