Depends on the kind of dirt and long it's been on. If they're not too bad use a wide brush but if they're filthy you ideally want a rotary brush. Or you will be scrubbing all day to get a good result.
Did some last week similar, can go the long process of wetting down and rubbing lots, it will come off bar some bits that get stuck in the groves, or spray up with a weak ubik soloution let dwell and then start washing them, I did the latter with the added bonus of hot water, came up great, ubik wont hurt them aslong as it dont dry out on them..
