Hey folks just wondering if there would be any benefits from changing from my 8mm to 6mm hose
arguably your pump would last longer as it is'nt working quite as hard
Why would it last longer using 6mm mate sorry for sounding stupid
if your hose is 50 meters long, at 6mm there is less water to push that 50m than at 8mm, 25% less
I started with 8mm, but through accidentally ordering 6mm by mistake, that is what i use now!. Dont notice any difference in performance, but as with any microbore, it is easier for it to freeze up if working in icy conditions, so if you are, try to keep the water flowing!.
i used 6mm and its nice :]
i used 8 for last ur with the guy i was with and didnt notice any diffrance tbh
I use both, no difference to be honest.
