My Liquid logic controller is not coming on but pump on

Hi

My Liquid Logic controller won't turn on, or turn off the pump which is going no matter what I press. So my pump is constantly on and controller constantly off and the only way to stop it is to disconnect the battery.

Anyone come across this before and what may be the reason, my other controller is working fine?
