Decking cleaning

Been asked by a customer to clean her decking, it is brand new the problem is she treated the lawn with moss killer and they have walked in it and over the decking and it has left black/ grey shoe prints all over the place. Would a cold jet wash do it or would I need to put something on the decking first like hypo,
