Apparently 6 & 7 year olds are on strike today
Don't remember withdrawing my labour when I was in primary school - maybe in the student Union
Anyone have kids who are striking? (supposed to be 30,000 of them)
    I don't know any personally.
What's the effect on the school, the rest of the students/teachers?

How can a kid go on strike and for what reason! Only thing that's going to happen there is extra work for when they come off strike haha

Too many tests and exams I think - stresses them out!
No doubt they'll be branded as dissidents & revolutionaries :lipssealed:

I'm out of school for a while now and never had any interest in it but my Mrs is an English secondary school teacher and she gets annoyed about the ever changing curriculum so I would understand this has a knock on effect for the kids but they need to understand that life and work outside school is not easy and this nonsense is why they all think they are entitled to stuff when they leave!

Wait till they march on Number 10. At least Cameron will be on a more level mental playing field when negotiations begin. :)
