I know sounds kinda daft but whats the best way to clean these, I know they can knacker up squeegees, and if using towls they get wet really fast, what best method?

I use towls to dry them then use scrims after to get most of moisture of the windows.

What do other windys do? especially if you have quite a lot?

Best way I've found is..... Use a wet cloth first then go over with a scrim to dry, then buff with a microfiber cloth.

Using the end of your applicator swipe across the window! then use your scrim to clean the window! flip scrim over and polish, quick and easy!

Bottle of astonish tile & window cleaner & 2 micros. Spray on polish Clean with micro & buff with micro. Come out gleaming

Just proves there are lots ways of cleaning leaded windows 9 different answers and all right so far how many more can we get

First of all I was with the applicator, then have two regular unger micros to get rid of most of the moisture, then another two to dry it off then a high quality microfibre to shine up...probably a bit long winded !

Lads! Microfiber to get all the foam off and then quick wipe with a dry scrim and you're off!

haha, so many long winded answers, i do hundreds of panes of leaded windows every week, wet cloth the window, then use a microfiber, horizontal, then vertical, then round the edge, takes about as long as a bladed window and always comes out gleaming!
