I have recently been advised to email a letter offering a window cleaning service to a company where my friends dad works but not too sure what to say as it has to be an official letter of intent . Any advice would be gratefully recieved.

Just email them your detail about your business, what services you provide, contact information etc.

A letter of intent is what the client produces to confirm they're looking for the services. You'll want to be saying:

    Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to introduce ourselves as your local window cleaning company.

We can provide . This is subject to a full site survey.

Please do not hesitate to contact me on .

    Many thanks
