Water rates

living in n.ireland we don't pay water rates, im curious to know how you guys gets charged.

do you get charged at just a set rates like paying house rates? or do you get charged at the amount you use?

and how much is these charges?

mine are still set at the house rates....and work out around £600 a year for a semi..

new builds are metered now I think...
