London: Help for pricing

I set up a business offering work opportunities to disadvantaged people. Someone offered to introduce me to a few businesses (shopfronts mainly) and start work straight away. Got issue with pricing. What average pricing? Any input warmly welcome.

oh id say for smallest shop front 3 by 3 40 pounds a month for every week and they get the inside for free every 4th or 6th time
