Tenner from wilkos Gav, get a ronseal one for 15. Ideal for virosol though as ya say it's the way I'm going.

Can I just add Gav, if we're just looking at using it for virosol etc a 5lt one would be good enough and can pick those up on ebay for a fiver mate, I been looking a lot lol. I've been looking at 8lt for testing with but 5 would be big enough I reckon.

Good point Garyboy, I bought a 16lt one from a cheap shop few weeks ago for 20 quid and was rubbish couldn't get enough pressure so test any before you start modifying it.

As mentioned in another thread though I've tried this and if the pipe is too thin it will drop the pressure way too much. 5mm I couldn't get enough pressure at top of pole but normal 10/12.5mm theres no pressure loss.
