Membrane flush

I have just got a couple of new 300gpd membranes. When I flush the membranes I still get water coming out of the pure. I'm sure I didn't get that with my old set up?

What should happen when flushing?

wen i flush my 4040 a little bit still goes thru to pure i just opejn my waste up full way and run it for 30 mins
