Merlin ro storage

As some of you know I have a merlin I was trying to sell.

Anyway I've still got it. It have enough pure water to last till new year.

So it's just sitting there with its filters in it

So my question is should I take filters out and wrap them up & if so what do I store them in.

Leave it as it is but run water through it for a couple of minutes every 2 weeks so the membranes don't ruin

Will be fine
