    Been working solid 8 till 5 , 6 days a week for 3 months now Wfp, and my arms and shoulders ache!! Even on a Sunday when im off! I cant shift it. Think its my Technique? Or do i just need 2 weeks abroad?

    oh god i feel so lazy now...after you work for 5 days you get a weak end.......try beet it ....beetroot juice it does work tastes absolute shite...and you will look just like a vampire ....mind you i have to work this bloomin saturday so i cant moan reading what you do....:)

    its concentrated beetroot juice available on amazon just tap in beet it....

    i do lots of fittness bodycombat,rowfit,bodypump,it realy helps with wrking wfp all day every day keeps u supel an stops u frm pulling muscles an aking sholders as mch

    My mrs said that but when your sore last thing you want to do is a spin class! Lol. And tramadol is hard to get in my part of Glasgow.

    I mean would u get all these things traditional working? I mean you wouldnt get the same money..... but is it worth it! I donno!

    Is the elbow quite keen. Does it hurt even when you gently knock it against something.

    A couple of years ago, I had similar symptoms for several months, plus the painful elbows. It even hurt when I was picking a pint up!....didnt stop me though ;)

    Is it worth it? YES! I let a customer have a go at WFPing on his house today. I asked him if it looked easier than it was. He turned round and said I should have muscles like Popeye :rofl:

    Yes, and I keep on knocking it! Had a cortisone injection a few months back, but can't have another just yet said the doctor.
